Intranet support site build to ease work of technicians team in eircom Ireland Enterprise & Government Support, which I was part of. Site allowed network test such as ping, traceroute to check connection quality, as well as test of DNS records and presence of IP addresses in RBL lists such as Backscatterer, PSBL, Sorbs, SpamCop, Spamhaus or UCEPROTECT.
Site contained a handy knowledge base necessary for fast service for callers. It contained e.g. tools for system error report numbers lookup, or list of company products marks (computer networks).
Site was setup on a server connected to the Internet via firewall. It was my responsibility to configure and maintain the server.
